About Us

   Daniel A. Stephenson, Esq. - Attorney Stephenson is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County.  He graduated from Elizabethtown High school in 2000, as a National Merit Scholar, AP Scholar, and Presidential Scholar.  He graduated from Elizabethtown College in 2005, with dual bachelors degrees in Computer Science and English. While at Elizabethtown College, he was a captain of the Mock Trial Team, earned a Best Attorney Award at the Lafayette University Mock Trial Invitational, and worked as a Law Clerk for the firm of Gingrich, Smith, Klingensmith & Dolan.  After college, he earned a full academic scholarship to Widener University school of law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree, Law & Government Institute Certificate, and Certificate of Acheivement in White Collar Crime, in 2008.  He passed the bar exam that summer, and was licensed to practice law the same year.
 
    Prior to opening his own office in September, 2014, Attorney Stephenson worked for over four years as an associate attorney at VanOrmer & Associates, a small general practice firm where he gained experience in numerous areas of law.  He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all lower courts, the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and all U.S. Immigration Courts.  He serves as an Arbitrator on the Lancaster County Board of Arbitrators, and as the Judge of Elections for the 1st ward of Elizabethtown.
